For parents who may not be able to afford vaccines, the VFC program provides vaccines at low or no cost for children 18 years and younger. The child must meet at least 1 of the criteria to be eligible for VFC vaccines: 1) Nevada checkup/Medicaid eligible; 2) Uninsured; 3) American Indian or Alaska Native; OR 4) Underinsured.
